We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and best possible customer care. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please return the item(s) including the original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.

Products purchased from Authorized Dealers (online or in-store) must be returned to that dealer for return or exchange.
Buff, Inc. accepts returns from U.S. customers only. Customers abroad will need to refer to Buff® distributor’s return guidelines from that country and then contact their distributor. Visit “Buff Around the World”
Simply refer to the packing slip provided with your order for return instructions and address label. Please also include the following information:
- Your name
- Return address
- Convenient phone number to reach you during the day
- List of items sending back
- Reason for return
- Indicate if you would like items exchanged or refunded
- Please return your items using a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation, such as: FedEx, UPS or USPS
- Buff, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost in transit and will only assume responsibility for items delivered to and signed for by our Receiving Department.
- California State Law requires that all garments returned for exchange/refund must be laundered. If the item has been worn, please wash it before you ship back to us.
- Turnaround time for returns and exchanges is normally 2-3 weeks (including transit time) if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 4 days of processing your return once the item(s) have been received by Buff, Inc.
- Exchanges and replacements will be treated as new orders where shipping changes may apply.
- Items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned.
